VIDEO: Finishing the Lacrosse Season Strong

As we approach the middle of the 2015 lacrosse season, we are encouraged by our successes, disappointed by our losses, but most importantly, striving to finish strong.  Halfway through the season it can become easy to burn out.  Instead of this, we are striving to push harder, grow closer as a team, and persevere no matter what comes our way.  Our constant reminder of who we play for, Christ, pushes us to fight off mediocracy and strive for excellence to bring Him glory.  We are reminded of why we play by our theme verse, Colossians 3:17.  It says, “And whatever you do,whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him” (NIV).

Check out this video that reminds us of all the hard work we have put in to get this far, and encourages us to finish strong.
